Michael Davis greeted me by name at my vehicle on arrival and kept me informed of the service. I was very impressed with him. However, when I was waiting in the waiting area I was the only person watching TV and kept me informed of the service. I was very impressed with him. It would have been a lot nicer to have on Today show or Good Morning America or another news channel. I am a older woman and really not interested in sports. My experience with the Long family began in 1987 when their dealership was located at the foot of Lookout Mountain, on South Broad Street. I purchased a new Pontiac Fiero. Their safety and security has always topped my list of requirements. Mercedes Benz meets and exceeds those needs and expectations. My recent purchase (my family's sixth Mercedes Benz from Long) was a beautiful, black, 2013 SLK 250. My sales person, Ms. Dana Stancil, greated me warmly and asked all the right questions that helped me to decide on my purchase. I would recommend Dana with the highest praise in a job very well done, thank you Dana. More

And how nice would it be to have that same person look after our very best interest at the same time? My recent service experience at Long Mercedes in Chattanooga was worth writing about. My mother and I, (at the same time), required service to both of our Mercedes vehicles in June 2013. When I arrived with the first vehicle to drop off for repair, I was greeted by service advisor Ashley Hurst. Some months before, I first encountered Ashley for a minor service issue and she remembered me at first glance. Both of the vehicles that I brought in required attention in several different areas and our request were quite specific. Communicating these details to Ashley was almost effortless. Her focus and communication skills are quite exceptional. Every step of the way, Ashley maintained in regular contact while overseeing our two vehicles, providing updates and very observant suggestions. What sets Ashley apart, is the comfort she gives her customers by showing she is watching after every detail of a repair or service. Not only is she a credit to her profession, she gives something more ....Peace of mind. Overall...this was the best customer service experience ever!
