Our last visit was for specific required maintenance. Our last visit was for specific required maintenance. Mary Beth was our Service Advisor, She was most courteous and professional. She said it would take a couple of hours for the maintenance, she called and advised the service wouldn't be completed in the time frame promised and I was offered the opportunity to drive the loaner car home, if needed. I accepted. The first visit was for a part replacement. Ashley was our Service Advisor on that visit. The part had to be ordered and again I was given a loaner auto. Ashley called each day, giving my husband an update on the parts arrival. She was very sympathetic that the part was not immediately available. Her actions during the process was very much appreciated. The Service Advisors are a vital part of Long and the company is very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, professional, courteous and caring staff.
