She said it would take a couple of hours for the maintenance, she called and advised the service wouldn't be completed in the time frame promised and I was offered the opportunity to drive the loaner car home, if needed. I accepted. The first visit was for a part replacement. Ashley was our Service Advisor on that visit. The part had to be ordered and again I was given a loaner auto. Ashley called each day, giving my husband an update on the parts arrival. She was very sympathetic that the part was not immediately available. Her actions during the process was very much appreciated. The Service Advisors are a vital part of Long and the company is very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, professional, courteous and caring staff. The service we have received since we purchased our car, has been outstanding. Would we recommend Long of Chattanooga Mercedes Benz..of course we would. More

Forgetting how the whole "true price" marketing strategy is just a ploy to put leverage back in the dealer's hands, the 2 sales people I dealt with (on separate occasions) were just arrogant and rude. Because of this, I decided to reach out to other MB dealers and came across Long of Chattanooga. Will Addington was very friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. He was a straightshooter and was reasonable in the price negotiation. This whole transaction spanned at least 4 months as I was waiting for my perfect car. Will stuck with me for all 4 months and fought to give me a good deal. I would recommend this dealer and especially Will to anyone who believes that they should be treated well and fairly. More
