I recently leased a brand new vehicle at this dealer and dealt with Will Addington. I am a very difficult customer and believe that making a big purchase/transaction like this, I deserve to be treated well dealt with Will Addington. Forgetting how the whole "true price" marketing strategy is just a ploy to put leverage back in the dealer's hands, the 2 sales people I dealt with (on separate occasions) were just arrogant and rude. Because of this, I decided to reach out to other MB dealers and came across Long of Chattanooga. Will Addington was very friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. He was a straightshooter and was reasonable in the price negotiation. This whole transaction spanned at least 4 months as I was waiting for my perfect car. Will stuck with me for all 4 months and fought to give me a good deal. I would recommend this dealer and especially Will to anyone who believes that they should be treated well and fairly. More

The salesman "Will" told me the vehicle was a certifed pre-owned Mercedes C300. After having the vehicle for a month I took it to the dealer in Nashville because of brake noise. The Nashville dealer has informed me that the vehicle is not a certified pre-owned Mercedes plus it needs brakes and rotors which would have been checked during the certified pre-owned inspection. Plus, it took the dealer over a month to pay off my trade (and only after I had to go to the dealer and find out what was going on) but it took them two days to cash my down payment check. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. GM does not return calls. More
I wanted to take the time to speak positively about the dealership and the two sales persons I dealt with. My inital contact was with a new saleman named Tyson and he offered me some refreshment and proceeded to answer my questions concerning the new features of the 2013 model. Tyson was very patient and put up with my laundry list of questions concerning the differences between the 2012 and the 2013. Later, when I asked a few more complicated questions that Tyson did not know he quickly found the answers and introduced me to MR.Martin. Both were very helpful and I came back the next week and bought my E car which I love dearly. In closing I was made to feel at home at the dealership and was never pressured to purchase. I would recommend to anyone considering a Mercedes to bring their business to Long of Chattanooga. More
I bought my first used car here and had it serviced here for two years. The staff was always very friendly and willing to work to resolve any issue I had. I returned here to buy my second Mercedes and dea for two years. The staff was always very friendly and willing to work to resolve any issue I had. You would expect better service from a Mercedes Dealership. However that is not the case. The quality of service at this dealership is just not typical of the quality of car that they sell. You would think that they sell one of the worst cars on the market. They do not keep their word and this rating is just the beginning of my ability to complain to whomever will listen. I will write complaints to Mercedes Benz of America, the Better Business Bureau, The Chamber of Commerce and everyone I can think of. More
Everyone at the dealer ship was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I have been to the service department before with problems with my SLK and they were able to fix the problem where others could not. I and helpful.
