I bought my first used car here and had it serviced here for two years. The staff was always very friendly and willing to work to resolve any issue I had. You would expect better service from a Mercedes Dealership. However that is not the case. The quality of service at this dealership is just not typical of the quality of car that they sell. You would think that they sell one of the worst cars on the market. They do not keep their word and this rating is just the beginning of my ability to complain to whomever will listen. I will write complaints to Mercedes Benz of America, the Better Business Bureau, The Chamber of Commerce and everyone I can think of. More

Everyone at the dealer ship was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I have been to the service department before with problems with my SLK and they were able to fix the problem where others could not. I and helpful.
