He quickly texted me photos of the Infiniti G37 Coupe, which they had not even listed on their website yet. He responded to my questions and once I expressed interest in test driving it, he made sure it was sitting out front, gassed up and ready to take for a spin. It was nice to have everything flow so smoothly. Once I decided I wanted the vehicle, he had the paperwork taken care of, took my money (OF COURSE) and did it all with a professional attitude. It was just nice to have someone want to go that extra mile to take care of me. I've been to so many other dealerships that were not even close to the customer service I received from beginning to the end. Derrick is a really nice man who is definitely an asset to your dealership, and I definitely plan on telling everyone about the positive experience I had yesterday.
