I am very pleased with the car that I was able to purchase and pleased with the kind atmosphere there at Long of Chattanooga. I was disappointed with the final sales price since I made an offer that I thought was all inclusive except for sales tax, and when the paper work was submitted, the doc fee was added. I don't mind paying for fees as long as the entire sales price is understood and agreed upon. Anyway, I felt the deal was still good to proceed. Overall, I was happy with my transaction, and with my salesman, my buddy "James". More

Reprogram system I took my car in to have it reprogram to accept embrace complimentary trial and a car wash if it would not take long. I was told it would take about thirty minutes or so with the reprogramming of my car. I was there for two hours. I had to go check on my car to see what was taking so long. If someone could keep you updated with what's going on with your car and how much longer it will take, that would be helpful. More
