Good Morning Marc, We sent you the only van that was available at the time you inquired. You did not want to custom build your van at the time and stated you were okay with this. The chain of emails has been sent to you from your Sales Representative. Although you dispute the codes, there is a description of the option right next to the code. You continue to update your reviews suggesting we did you a disservice, but we did not. You took the only available van at the time and when it arrived, you were shown the van, looked at the options list and moved forward with your purchase. If you did not want this, you did NOT have to buy it at the time, and we'd have sold it to the next customer.
