Stealership I was charged $150 for them to tell me what I already knew! They wanted $1100 to fix a stereo issue that should have been covered under warranty due t I was charged $150 for them to tell me what I already knew! They wanted $1100 to fix a stereo issue that should have been covered under warranty due to faulty engineering of the drunk that causes it to leak and it leaks all over stereo equipment and wiring! These guys are not honest, they're looking to get whatever money out of you they can. I will never go back and strongly discourage anyone from doing business with them. Horrible morals and unethical practices. More

I went to the dealership to see Jim Foster to see about buying a SLK 250. We discussed my trade in cars and he gave me reasonable prices for the trade in value of each car. I then told him I wanted my payment to be lower and he was able to accomplish that for me within a few minutes! I purchased a car from Jim once before and found him to be very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling at Mercedes Benz. I like the way he does business and he treated me with respect and consideration. I appreciate all the people at this dealership since I have been doing business with them. I always get great service and all the employees are always professional and courteous. That is important to me and I appreciate the fact that everyone is so wonderful when I go in for service or to buy a car! More
I was at first choosing between BMW X1 and MB 2014 CLA 250 for a car purchase. I am not overly knowledgeable about cars and not a car enthusiast by any means and so I really did not know the main differen 250 for a car purchase. I am not overly knowledgeable about cars and not a car enthusiast by any means and so I really did not know the main difference between the two cars except for the model, company, make, etc. I think the deciding factor was the fact that I was treated very well at Larson Mercedes. I met Benson there and was very enthusiastic about introducing me to their cars. I just turned 24 and most of the time, people does not take me seriously in terms of money matter because of my Asian blood, they say I look young and look like a "highschooler". I don't look like I have the capability to purchase a car, let alone a luxurious one. I honestly like the BMWx1 and was very interested in purchasing it but the sales agent was not too interested about me, in my impression. So I left and told him that I will think about it first. Before going home, we stopped at Larson Mercedes. I was intending to go to Audi as well but the new CLA 250 got my attention. It is very "chic" and stylish, mine is black on black. The way I was treated was fantastic that's why I did not leave without making the car purchase. Chris and Richard are nice as well, very responsible people. Benson follows up and give updates regarding the car purchase which is really nice! He takes his job seriously and that's the kind of employee companies should keep ;) My civic was totaled that's why I have to make a car purchase. After nursing school, I think it's time for an upgrade! ;) More
