Came in for a recall service. Was told it would take less than an hour. Problem was identified was told it would take one more hour. Wound up being in the dealership for six hours Was told it would take less than an hour. Problem was identified was told it would take one more hour. Was offered a shuttle bus ride to lunch, but no loaner vehicle even though I live almost an hour away from the dealership. The paperwork from Mercedes-Benz stated that if the repair was required and the dealership had to keep my vehicle, a loaner car would be made available. More
