Awesome Experience My Rep was Karen and she explained everything including a timeline as to when the repairs would be complete. She had to order brake pads and said the My Rep was Karen and she explained everything including a timeline as to when the repairs would be complete. She had to order brake pads and said they would be there first thing the next morning which they were and she provided me with a ride home and had a ride to bring me back to pick up my car. Everything worked like clockwork. Karen is an asset to the company!! More

Service department The service department is understaffed with qualified service writers. Sarah the service manager has made great improvements, however more are needed. My opinion is NOT to have helpers that know nothing about vehicles. When appointments are made for a certain time, then it should be at that time not 2 hours later. More

Check engine light, DEF light On a trip to Port Townsend fron southwestern Oregon, we got the warning lights. I called MB of Tacoma and told them we would be driving to their deal On a trip to Port Townsend fron southwestern Oregon, we got the warning lights. I called MB of Tacoma and told them we would be driving to their dealership. Ed Joseph the Sprinter service advisor said as it was late in the PM, to return at 7:30 am the next moring and he would work us in. We did and he took our LTV Unity in and kept us informed. He said the technician replaced 3 parts but the lights remained on. They did a test drive nd said we should drive on to our camping site. The lights remained on. Upon starting our unity to drive home, the count down warning appeared. I took a photo and sent it to Ed and said we wee returning to the dealership. He said he would have a technician ready when we got there which he did. After an hour, he told us the they could not determine the cause of the warnings and had opened an inquiry with the regional service advisor. Since they had no idea how long it would take, he gave us a vehicle to drive home. We moved out things in the van and rove home.. 2 days later he called and said the problem was found and repairs were made. I drove back up and pick out up. Been running fine since then. I really appreciate Eds efforts on our behalf. Yours is a '2013 but he was able to get MB to cover the cost. Totally excellent t service. Very nice waiting area too More

Salesperson did good job showing us a car that could match our needs. However, very limited follow up. My sonroof detached while I was driving on I5 Receptionist was excellent. She was patient and courteous. She answered all my questions and concerns.Since I had waited long time I only showed and explained my concern.She offered to correct and remedy my concerns but I had to leave. - While driving on I5 I heard a hissing noise from passenger side of my Sunroof and I decided to get off and inspect. Just prior to exit hissing noise became a bit louder then followed by popping sound.I got off the exit an I did not see my Sunroof glass.I thought it was still stuck under the roof gap. I found out from Her that there was no glass inside the food gap. Prior to taking my car to your repair shop I had to purchase and install special film over where Sunroof and tape it down to keep rain away and be able to drive for an hour to your repair shop - carwash was the worst I had seen. - tape over the car roof still was there - old gasket was not replaced around the Sunroof.
