Air bag replacement I received a letter about the Takata air bag failures. After more then a year of waiting I finally got a call to have them replaced. Left home and enr I received a letter about the Takata air bag failures. After more then a year of waiting I finally got a call to have them replaced. Left home and enroute got a call From Erik Bryar stating that they were out of passenger bags. When I got there He and the other personnel were delightful, he told me that they would come to my house and replace the passenger bag when it was available. Erik made a very bad thing good and I thank him for that. I live 1 and 1/2 hours from your store. More

They listened carefully, got us settled down, got help organized, worked on the electrical system, and got us back on the road, all in just a couple hours. All staff were friendly, positive, professional, sincere, efficient and - a key quality - they got the job done. We tried to pass on a bit of their attitude at our meeting in Portland and I think it helped our meeting go well. Thank you to the staff at Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma! More

Just glad that I had Karen there to get the aforementioned taken care of. Unfortunately having to wait for almost 6 one half hours was not on my to do list. More
