Service done- Oil change My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Fife was not the best at all. I went in for an oil change and they rushed the whole work. They did not reset my od My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Fife was not the best at all. I went in for an oil change and they rushed the whole work. They did not reset my odometer and I called and left a voicemail but no one ever returned my call so now I’m going to have to stop by when I have the time which is an inconvenience. They checked my tires but did not even add air to them (which has an alert when you turn on my car). They have great customer service but I would rate the actual service poor. More
2014 car pick up license and fix a few problems. When we came to get our plates you were completly unaware of why we were there even though you called us to set up the appointment. Mercedes Is not the company it used to be! I waited 3 1/2 years for my recalled airbag to be replaced. I drove a dangerous car for that whole time and worried that the airbag might explode with I waited 3 1/2 years for my recalled airbag to be replaced. I drove a dangerous car for that whole time and worried that the airbag might explode with no warning. I bought my car in sept of 2014 cpo and within a few months I started receiving paperwork that this was an issue. Timing? I don’t think so! They knew when they sold me this car that this was an issue. They sold me the car anyway. Now every time I get service at the dealership there is an issue. Last time they left the paper cover on the seat with oil covering it...not that big of a deal. This time I went out to my car out in the lot and they had done something to the steering wheel that the airbag was in and the Side view mirrors weren’t folding in automatically. I realized this right away, why didn’t they? I had to walk back into the counter and then waited yet another 25 minutes. I’m busy and this just isn’t good service. This is my 4th and my last Mercedes. I will buy any other luxury brand. More

Outstanding I’ve dealt with their service department a couple of times now, once for a tire and once for a broken speaker which was under warranty. In both instan I’ve dealt with their service department a couple of times now, once for a tire and once for a broken speaker which was under warranty. In both instances, they took good care of me and went beyond what was expected. The culture that the leadership at Mercedes of Tacoma has created needs to be studied as an example of the right way to run a service department. Good knowledgeable people. More
