I purchased a used 2005 Ford Taurus on Feb. 9, 2013. I was given the car fax which showed the car had all the fluids checked, brakes check, etc. To me this means the car was checked by a responsible mecha was given the car fax which showed the car had all the fluids checked, brakes check, etc. To me this means the car was checked by a responsible mechanic who the dealer claims is a certified mechanic. When my 84 years old dad drove the car from the dealer, I drove next to him and noticed the windshield and all the windows were steamed up. So we had stopped and noted the blower switch was not working except on high. The 3 other speed did not work. I immediately took the car to a certified mechanic who notified me that not only was the switch bad but the fluids were ALL low, the tires were 5 to 10 pounds below there pressure, the power steering leaked, the brake fluids was really low and but was leaking, among other things that the CAR Fax said were completed. If this is how Mentor Mitsubishi treats its customers, I will NEVER purchase a car new or used from them again. DO NOT trust the car Fax. By driving this car from the dealer, if someone got hurt because of the negligence of Mentor Mitsubishi, who would be responsible? More

I purchased authentic mitsubishi front rotors for my outlander about 12 months ago from the parts department ( I purchased the car new from this dealer), the car was making a terrible vibration from the outlander about 12 months ago from the parts department ( I purchased the car new from this dealer), the car was making a terrible vibration from the front end, when I had the car serviced it was discovered that the rotors were warped and the service department kept telling me that the shop who put the rotors on was at fault and would not acknowledge that it was their own manufacturers part that was at fault, all they would offer me was to sell me new rotors for what I originally paid when I bought them (talk about bad service), the car only had 3,000 miles on it since the new rotors were put on, this is a known defect with mitsubishi rotors and they chose to ignore it and wanted me to purchase another set of rotors instead of making it right and admitting their parts were defective, I had to have all of the pulleys replaced on the car and the timimg belt and all of the belts replaced due to excessive rust and oxidation on the pulleys and they would not cover this under warranty, I had to dish out over $1,000 for this and then they wanted me to purchase another set of rotors to fix the vibration issue!!! CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND AVOID THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THEIR MAIN GOAL IS TO EMPTY YOUR WALLET.... More

I had talked to a few different dealers at some other places over several weeks, and every single one of them were either pushy, arrogant, or rude, Jason was amazing. He showed me all the cool options in my new car, and just made it very easy. I love love LOVE my new car!!! Bob worked out a great deal for me, and I think her name was Vicky, she did all my paperwork, she was super nice, and explained everything on my deal i wanted to know.
