When we decided on an Atlas, Kyle was present to help us advocate for the best deal possible. He, too, was kind and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. All in all, we have owned the car a little over a week and have enjoyed driving it, the ease of VW infotainment system, and German upgrades. We even spoke toZach in service and I am hoping to land him as my service agent as he was most helpful with questions an was fun. More

BAD EXPERIENCE!!I bought my first and second car and my last Sales man raised the car price from advertised price on car gurus $1000.00 Then told me they came down for me.I got upset and tried to leave,my husba Sales man raised the car price from advertised price on car gurus $1000.00 Then told me they came down for me.I got upset and tried to leave,my husband asked me to just buy the car.During the signing process the woman who explained paperwork was very rude and sarcastically asked me if I was ok,acted like get over it and deal. My husband did the test drive,I did not. When I got home I found out I could not see out the back windows to drive it due to being to short. and bad car design .I called and asked them if I could bring it back .I was told sure we will work with you.We don't want you to keep a vehicle you hate and cannot drive.(It's a bad accident waiting to happen for me.)The sales manager at LITHIA VOLKSWAGEN told we we will take your car for trade in value which was $13,000.00 or $14,000.00,I paid 17,500.00 for the car.I was also told by salesman if for any reason you dont like the car you can bring it back during sales process,so that was a lie. I will no longer buy cars from Lithia. Sad thing is if they would had been honorable and good sales people .I would had of replaced the car with a more expensive car on the lot that I originally wanted.They would had made more money instead of losing a customer for life. More
