Mark Andrews was also most helpful, both stayed until after closing time to make sure we were taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend Lithia Volkswagen, Ryan or Mark. We are very impressed with our 2013 Passat TDI - averaging 38 mpg in our small town of Gold Beach and over 49 mpg on the hwy. Our best trip of 106 miles we got 51.8 mpg. Never had a car that ever came close to this. More

Service was very thorough which we appreciated. We, initially, came into the dealership concerning our 12V outlets which were no longer functioning. Casey, the VW service representative, helped us with both issues and did a check on other items as he knew of our upcoming travel. Upset customer over $100 I should have posted this sooner. I purchased a Jetta TDI a year ago from Lithia. Our salesman RYAN RASMUSSEN was great and would not hesitate to pu I should have posted this sooner. I purchased a Jetta TDI a year ago from Lithia. Our salesman RYAN RASMUSSEN was great and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him if he was at another dealership. The problem started when we bagan to do the paperwork, we did not finance the vehicle but of course lots of paper work none the less. We were asked at that point if we were interesed in the lifetime oil change, of course we were. I was given the total and wrote a check for the oil change and purchase, then handed over check. I was then he made a mistake and the oil change was actually $100 more. REALLY? I just gave them a check for the purchase and he is asking for $100. I told him due to his error he should write it off. NOPE! I have complained to other employees, responded to questionaire and NEVER contacted by anyone at lithia. SERVICE dept is AWESOME and will continue to bring my car for service but will never purchase again. More
