Yet again, I’m disappointed with this dealership and my 2018 Atlas. 30,000 miles and I apparently need a new catalytic converter. This is my second diagnostic appointment for the same issue and I have to come back once more for the actual replacement. All that and my 2 hour appointment somehow has turned into 4.5 hours. Not the first time this has happened here, last time after a 4 hour appointment I left to have my check engine light turn about 20 miles away. What gives. More

Once again no problem. This time we ordered a chili red Arteon which is the best vw we have ever driven! The way things are going maybe just maybe I can talk Sharon into a new guards red Porsche 911. What ever happens it will go through Lithia. We can only rate Ryan as excellent and will always look to him for help if needed. More

The only reason this isn't 5 stars is I feel they were a little slow to relay information and took an extra day to get everything done over the course of having the vehicle for 10 days. More
Unprofessional customer service and dishonest agreement I was guaranteed certain things with sales person and finance person. All were denied when requested by manger. Dishonest agreement, told by finance manger and sales person certain things about what they would handle after purchase and was denied three week after when car had check engine light and blinking cruise control light. Was discounted for a tow package that they stated would cost 150, place stated 450. So was misquoted as we negotiated a tow package being added. Was told they would handle any issues with car and less than a month they refused. They took advantage of a disabled veteran who needed to purchase a different car for service animal. And I traded a vehicle that had At least a 4 k difference higher in value with the understanding that they would add tow with wiring, lifetime oil changes, fix any issue that came up shortly after purchase, and tire that I found issue with during test drive. I received the oil change but only two a year, not every 3k miles. No tow, no fix of check engine light, and terrible service when I returned for the issue. I had to call someone to assist in talking with them just to get them to schedule a diagnostic testing, which they wanted to charge me for and he was able to get that At no cost but without any repair for any problem found. With the 110 point inspection done both at grants pass and medford the issue with the Subaru should have been found, and most likely they were highly aware of it. So in close they saw a disabled person who was desperately in need of a safer vehicle for a service animal worth 20K from a non profit and took advantage of that . They made promises and suddenly when I returned the employee, finance manager no longer worked for them or he was fired. The sales person when discussing with head manger said nothing and she knew everything I was saying was promised to me. I would not recommend purchasing any used vehicle from them as they are overpriced and don’t respect or uphold promises made to our veterans of war. More

Picked up my car and nothing was reviewed on the paperwork that was given to me. My husband is heading out of state and now I do not feel safe having him take my car. I looked at the paperwork and there was 6 items that failed with a bid for repairs and other items that said client deferred. The last few times I have had my car in no one discussed any repairs or items that needed to be addressed. I will be back only because I have lifetime oil changes. More
