I looked at some cars and agreed on a price of $7000 for a used Toyota Camry with a young sales lady. She gained my trust with her low key style but this was a mistake on my part. That was the price I agreed upon. When the finance officer wrote the contract up he put a price of $9196.00 which is way, way more than the Kelly blue book price. As I needed financing this man told me to leave with the car while he searched for a loan with various lenders for me. He is a scamming, sleazy, unethical, immoral person. I assume the whole dealership is run this way. Their service department may be ok but don't buy a car from this place. They will try to take you for more money than you agree to. More
We called ahead and made an appointment for an oil change and told them that we were coming from out of town, when we showed up they couldn’t find us in their system and the receptionist said oh I’ll see if and told them that we were coming from out of town, when we showed up they couldn’t find us in their system and the receptionist said oh I’ll see if they can do it!?! They were very helpful and friendly in the beginning and said it should take an hour or less – but unfortunately at the two hour mark they could not tell me if there was something wrong or why it wasn’t done? I kept asking if something might be wrong, but after checking they just said it was taking longer than expected?!? At 2.5 hours the we Asked if there was something really wrong-the answer was I don’t know! Finally it came-we paid and drove 8 miles down the road and a WARNING light came on saying oil overfill problem!! Go back to service ASAP !!! So here I sit at the dealership with no vehicle at the 3:45 hour mark and just hope to go home the 2.5 hours I still need to drive??? Upon our return. The only thing he said was All I can say is I’m sorry. I am NOT favorably impressed With my overpriced oil change that will take at least 4 hours at this dealership. I am NOT a satisfied customer and I am worried now. More
do NOT purchase from this dealer. They seemed nice and professional, me and my mother took time out of our work day to make sure all the paper work was signed on time, and back to Oregon. The day before im to take delivery, they switch it up and said my check wasn't good, couldn't provide me with a reason why, and i requested the deal to be dissolved. They had asked me for 50% down which i agreed to, CASH. Then another finance manager i spoke with said they could make the deal happen if i came up with $250 more, for a total of $1000 down, and they would reduce the payment on the vehicle i selected. I agreed. ANOTHER finance manager called me and he said that wasn't true. That's now TWO different stories i got, they set an expectation so i sold my previous vehicle and cant get it back, this dealer plays games 100%. They aren't used to someone who fights back and doesn't let themselves be take advantage of and they didn't like that. As a sales manager myself i make sure ALL my customers are WELL informed. Curtis was 100% professional until i told him i had voice and video proof of their employee telling me a whole different story and his demeanor changed 100%. stay away from these people. More

Thanks to their lies I am now stuck with a $12000 lawn fixture!!! I was sold a 2011 Sportwagen and told it came with a powertrain warranty that covers engine and transmission and when I specifically asked fixture!!! I was sold a 2011 Sportwagen and told it came with a powertrain warranty that covers engine and transmission and when I specifically asked about it being a manual transmission and having a clutch would it cover that as well, Brian in finance told me yes it does! Well 10 Months down the road guess what? It Doesn't!!! So now not only am I scammed out of 3300 dollars that doesn't cover what they said it covers and all the service contract covers is the engine on my car so I was sold a warranty contract that doesn't even cover my kind of car!!! So yeah I was screwed by them!!! Now I am stuck at a new job in a new state and no way to get there!!! While they sit in their comfy chairs and say "Don't know what to Tell you"! More

Easy “Express Lane” service. Dropped off my car without an appointment and it was done in 2 hours. Convenient shuttle meant I could go to work while service was completed.
