The bottom line is that it was a very nice and easy experience getting into our new car. We had our sights set on the new Passat and I convinced my wife that the time to buy was now. My first contact was with Andy Werner, who was obviously well versed in Volkswagen knowledge, and he gave me a thorough rundown of the new Passat. I explained to him that I was just looking, however, our plan was to eventually make the purchase. Andy didn't try to force me into a sale and wasn't pushy at all- something I really don't like. He understood what I meant when I said I was just looking. On my second visit, my wife and I had the opportunity of meeting with Billy Day. He provided the same courtesy and professionalism as Andy. He allowed us to take the vehicle (overnight if we wanted, but chose just a day drive), and experience the quality and pleasure of driving a Passat without a "salesman" sitting in the backseat. It wasn't long after leaving the lot when the decision to purchase the Passat was made. Easy part over, the hard part of new car price negotiations begins--or so I thought. Billy provided me with a written quote that also covered my trade-in value and simply told me to get back to him at my convenience. The monthly price wasn't quite what my wife and I were looking for and gave him a our desired monthly payment. The offer was accepted! There were no games, no back and forth bantering over small dollar amounts. By far the easiest vehicle purchase I've had the opportunity of being a part of. When I went in to Lithia VW I was hoping to buy a used car. I'm a college student so my budget is very, very, very strict. I worked with Billy Day and he was a great guy. I did not end up buying a car in the end but I can honestly say that after test driving two Jettas I will be back. The prices for the used car I looked at was high, but cars in Southern Oregon are generally more expensive than up north. Overall, I had a good experience there and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Volkswagen dealer. More

Billy Day has worked with us now for about 1 1/2 years now to make the sale on a new car, so he is great! He spent lots of time to explain the details of the cars and both of them spent time on the test d now to make the sale on a new car, so he is great!
