Cust. Service is what Lithia VW of Medford is all about. I talked with others at the dealership in the service department and parts department. Each and everyone went out of their way to help me with any questions or anything I needed while my VW Beetle was being serviced. I had a 10:00am appt. to replace sun roof. The Service Department also did an oil change and replaced the fuel filter which were due at 20,000 miles. I was on my way home at approx. 11:45am. I have nothing but very good things to say about Lithia VW of Medford. I will recommend this service/dealership center above all others as I was treated with courtesy and respect. And, I will be back to purchase another new Beetle in 2017. Thank You Very Much, Ed Cruse More

Excellent Service I have an oil leak, and badly in need of an oil change. I had recently learned thru word of mouth that Casey worked at this service center. I scheduled a time to bring my car in for the oil change, and to get an estimate on what I was looking at to get the leak figured out and repaired. I was shuttled to and from work while they worked on my vehicle, and was treated so well. And when I was billed for the oil change, I feel it was a fair deal. Also, when I was told about other issues my truck has, because I knew I could trust Casey Albright as a person, I am confident I am not being targeted as a woman and being told I need things when I don't. it was overall a very good experience! My first experience with this dealership started out a little rough, within an hour of leaving very frustrated I ended up going back in because I found a screw in my tire (not their faut), I'm so glad I little rough, within an hour of leaving very frustrated I ended up going back in because I found a screw in my tire (not their faut), I'm so glad I went back. They apologized for my earlier experience and went above and beyond to make things right. They were happy to fix my tire very quickly and we found a great solution to my earlier appointment's issues. I left much happier and feeling so much better about this dealership. Ryan was really great at figuring out a solution that worked for both of us and totally redeemed the dealership in my eyes. ;) Thank you very, very much for everything, I really do appreciate it!! I took my GTI in for it's first service, and they somehow managed to mess up my tire pressu I've had multiple bad experiences with this dealership. I took my GTI in for it's first service, and they somehow managed to mess up my tire pressure, the tire pressure light came on the next day, i checked my service receipt and the number written on their report did not match that on the side of my door so they obviously did not know what tire pressure to inflate to. On my 2nd visit i ordered touch-up paint for my car, after waiting for a month i called the dealership and they admitted they messed up and somehow my order was never submitted (even though they charged my credit card when i placed the order) I was told they would re-submit the order right away and i should wait another two weeks for my paint. After 3 weeks i called back... and again they had no idea what happened to my order, no one followed-up on the order and once again there was no paint to be found... I can celled my order suffice to say i would not recommend this dealership to everyone, perhaps being the only VW dealership in the area they can get away with horrible customer service... they indefinably do not deserve my business More
Billy Day is an Amazing, Honest, Top Notch Salesman. Lithia is lucky to have him. I will continue to send family and friends to him. Greg Jones, Curtis Craig and Ryan Bray all deserve mention. They all make me feel like I'm part of the Lithia Family. I also have to mention Ken Thomas and Jim Rogers for their excellent Service after the sale. The only Critisism I have is....Would love to see Lithia VW in a better physical location and new facility. Lithia VW would do better..I believe closer to Ashland (Seems to be a better Demographic). Lithia VW should be in the best location possible. An outstanding award winning product and company should be in a much better location. More
