I went to order a replacement driver side mirror and everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I told the gentleman in the parts department that I had a 2019 Ford F-250 and I needed to replace the 2 everything that could go wrong did go wrong. I told the gentleman in the parts department that I had a 2019 Ford F-250 and I needed to replace the 2 mirrors, plastic guard and the light underneath. What he order me after I gave him my vin # multiple times was the big mirror for the driver and passenger side, the plastic guard for the passenger side and he forgot to add on the light underneath. So after one trip going up there and getting my parts I realized when I got back home that he ordered the wrong parts I called and told him what happened he didn’t apologize just told me to come back and he could order me the right parts. Go back return and order the right parts and then realized that the plastic guard needed to be painted, after getting it painted they painted it the wrong color. When I go back to pick up the “right parts” he just order I realized when he hands it to me that it’s the wrong part again, again no apology turns the computer screen to show me what he is ordering and we finally got that right. Still waiting on them to paint it the right color. Just extremely unsatisfied and definitely will be using a different Ford dealership. Would not recommend at all. More

My experience with service has been aweful. Put my SUV in shop some time ago and they kept my vehicle for 2 weeks for minor repair. My husband had to wait 3 weeks to put in his F250 in shop. He put in their shop and waited two weeks and called for update. They still had not touched it!!!!! It has been in the shop for 3 weeks. Total of 6 weeks just trying to get service.
