We're so sorry that we weren't able to meet your expectations. However, there are some facts missing and misrepresentation in this review regarding the transaction. Although the cost to the customer was $300, the vehicle was out of warranty and the total bill was $3,100, $2,700 of which was covered by Ford. There was thorough communication and transparency with the customer throughout this service. Again, we are sorry the outcome did not meet your expectations. There should have been no cost to the ex employee which has seen McRee help other customers that was alot more out warranty on there vehicles then I was on mine because they where repeat customers if you go on line and goggle the complaints on 2018 to 2019 ford trucks about the headlights cracking from the inside out ford knows there is a problem but I already have solution for my promblem and it will be taken care of I hope this coming week.
