Willing to give them another shot. Called service department on a Tuesday to schedule brining the truck in Wed. Stated they would call and let me know on Thursday. I had to call them at close of business, I had to call and they hadn't even looked at it. Considering I already diagnosed the problem for them, you think they could have taken 5 minutes to confirm the issue and order any needed parts. My regular mechanic through it on the rack when I just drove up, diagnosed the problem and admitted they could not work on the diesel fuel system all in 15 minutes while I stood there. Not impressed. More
