Great Warranty Service My car was affected by a recall item (door latches). The drivers door wouldn't latch. When I called this dealer, they ordered the part and told me in would arrive in 2 days. When the two days were up, they' called me again and told me there was unfortunately a nationwide back order and it would be while longer, but they'd put my order in as an emergency since it was the drivers door. The part arrived sooner than expected and they got me into a service appointment the first thing next day, They do have a courtesy shuttle, which I really appreciated as it meant I could still get to work and stint babe to arrange for a ride or taxi. Everyone was very friendly and kind and I appreciate the fact that as a warranty item it was taken care of as promptly as they could. More

We left that time feeling very satisfied that we had made a good purchase from a good dealer. Recently we traded another vehicle for a 2012 Ford Fusion. The salesman was understanding of our need and did everything he could to again help us make the trade. Unlike other dealers we had visited, we received a fair assessment of our trade- in value. This whole process was quick and smooth. Again, we left feeling we had made a good trade with a great dealer. This dealership is located about 45 minutes from where we live, and while there are several other Ford dealers located closer to us, McLaughlin will be the first place we go when the time comes to shop for another car. They were not fully honest about their policies. I put a deposit down and wasnt informed it was non-refundable. When i call the sales guy he was rude and dismissive and redirected me to his boss. Who was no better he sided with his worker and said that was policy. Even after explaining i was never told about the policy he went on to claim that was my problem. he made it clear i was not getting my money back very rude and horrible customer service the worse i have ever recieved in my life. Phil is the best mechanic Ford has in the Southeast. He knows what makes everything on the vehicle work, knows what the high fail items are, doesn't waste time looking for "value-added" services that your knows what makes everything on the vehicle work, knows what the high fail items are, doesn't waste time looking for "value-added" services that your car doesn't need, and completes the repair quick. I've bought 3 cars at McLaughin's, each one at a few hundred dollars over cost. I usually do my own maintenance, but when the vehicle has a problem (not often) it goes to Phil, nobody else. The people there are great. I didn't feel like just another mark, and will go back to McLaughlin's for my next Ford. More
