They were not fully honest about their policies. I put a deposit down and wasnt informed it was non-refundable. When i call the sales guy he was rude and dismissive and redirected me to his boss. Who was no better he sided with his worker and said that was policy. Even after explaining i was never told about the policy he went on to claim that was my problem. he made it clear i was not getting my money back very rude and horrible customer service the worse i have ever recieved in my life. Phil is the best mechanic Ford has in the Southeast. He knows what makes everything on the vehicle work, knows what the high fail items are, doesn't waste time looking for "value-added" services that your knows what makes everything on the vehicle work, knows what the high fail items are, doesn't waste time looking for "value-added" services that your car doesn't need, and completes the repair quick. I've bought 3 cars at McLaughin's, each one at a few hundred dollars over cost. I usually do my own maintenance, but when the vehicle has a problem (not often) it goes to Phil, nobody else. The people there are great. I didn't feel like just another mark, and will go back to McLaughlin's for my next Ford. More
