Was told before purchasing I could get 5 year/ 150,000 mile extended warranty for 1,200 bucks and could add later. I go to add later and after weeks of being ignored and kicked around I’m told it will mile extended warranty for 1,200 bucks and could add later. Have always used Spradley Barr Ford in Cheyenne Wy, where rebought our truck at and they had an excellent service not there. We moved back to Sumter and made an oil change appt and was quite impressed when rebought our truck at and they had an excellent service not there. They had 3 women service advisors, which I had never seen a woman service advisor, let alone 3 was a good thing to see. They are all FANTASTIC!!! especially Dana. They are all real friendly, personable and went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met, repairs needed were all explained real well and they know what they are talking about. Whenever i call to make an appt, usually only a day or 2 wait, which is ok with me as I'm not the only person needing something done on my vehicle. I have told them if its longer than a week til they can get me in which is no big deal, to call me if they have a cancellation and have actually been called twice when someone cancelled an appt that morning and asked if I could bring it in the afternoon, they could get me n the day, which is nice. I would Definitely recommend McLaughlin Ford for service. I just had to mention dealer where we bought trick at as I loved their service and at McLaughin Ford I get the same. More

Brought my diesel truck in on Tuesday as it had a code for throttle position sensor. They diagnosed it the same day but had to order parts and also advised me the diesel tech was very behind about 1 and a for throttle position sensor. To my surprise they received the parts that Thursday and I had the truck back the following Monday. Under a week. Very happy with the service and the truck was very clean and under the hood clean and neat work no broken clips / clamps or anything else. I will be using them again in the future if I ever need any work. More

McLaughlin Ford got me into my dream vehicle (brand new) with a lower interest rate than previous dealer. They didn’t try to convince me to purchase something that I didn’t want.
