Ordered a 2022 Maverick. Had some issues with getting supplies in the built, so I called my salesman. Getting him or the sales manger to return my call was impossible. Got the Maverick and liked it so I ordered another one thru a different sales person. All was ok until it was dropped from the Build My Ford production website. So I called my sales person and got her answer machine. Waited , on the 3rd day I called again. Still no return call. Waited. The 3rd call, I told her to cancel my order and return my money. I went and bought a Nissan Frontier. Tells me I'm not worth a 2 minute phone call, You stand around not doing jack 90% of the time and you can't return a phone call? Pitiful .Hope Toyota hurries out with the Stout. More

They were able to fix my car but took longer than I expected. Brought in my car on Wednesday and they start working on it Friday.
