I had a call with one of their sales representatives called "Sam", I was asking about 2019 Nissan Altima and told him if that car is available with $XXXX amount of dollars, he said YES, I asked him many times and made sure that I will not drive form more than an hour and he told me YES, just bring your down payment. I got shocked when I arrived their and found that the actual price is higher than we agreed by $6000. He told me that I said YES to let you come :) Most people think sales is easy. It's NOT. He even didn't say "Sorry" !!! They must respect us, we are not kids ! More

I know we did not cause this damage and because we took a car covered in snow (our mistake) we now are forced to be taken advantage of. Learned our lesson the hard way. Bad communication Traveled to the dealership from Rockford and when I got there found out the car I was financed for was sold.
