Everyone was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions even getting back to us with answers they didn't have at the time. The entire experience was as close to a no pressure sale as I have ever been involved with. The test drive was pleasant and at no time did the conversation veer from the general discussion about the vehicl as I have ever been involved with. The sales people at McGrath Auto are amazing! They seem to truly care about the experience that their buyers have. The only suggestion I have to offer is a small one -- it seems like the process could to truly care about the experience that their buyers have. The only suggestion I have to offer is a small one -- it seems like the process could be shortened, without sacrificing the quality of the service. We spent more than 3 1/2 hours purchasing our new Kia. While commendable, that amount of time is a little too long for most people to endure.... Please let me know your thoughts -- thank you!! I needed to purchase a car, as my car was damaged by a driver running a red light. Needless to say, this was not a purchase we had been planning for a long time. However, our salesperson and the sales man driver running a red light. Needless to say, this was not a purchase we had been planning for a long time. However, our salesperson and the sales manager were helpful, friendly, and made our experience a very good one.
