I have a have a special needs 15 year old son that grew too tall for my little 2011 Ford Fiesta... also the fact that he's gone through 3 hip surgeries. We needed something that would be easier for him to too tall for my little 2011 Ford Fiesta... also the fact that he's gone through 3 hip surgeries. We needed something that would be easier for him to get in and out of. I went to my bank and my loan officer gave me a limit of what I could spend. Next I went to the Kia dealership where I was greeted by Jon Kloss who listened to what I needed and what I could afford. Next thing I know where driving a Kia Soul. As soon as my son sat in it he was smiling and giggling! I loved how it drove and so roomy! It had everything on it that I wanted and more! Jon and all the nice folks at Kia worked with me to get this great vehicle and kept me UNDER budget!!! I think these people really care about their customers and believe in what they sell. I came to McGrath looking for a new 2013 Kia from the ad I heard on the radio where you put good people with bad credit in a car. Ricky was very nice, easy to talk to and it was an overall excellent experience. Every one I talked to was very friendly. I can't remember the name of the lady that filled out all the paper work but she also was friendly and took the time to explain anything I didn't understand.
