This service was for my initial oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled service on my Hondalink app, which was very simple. Went in for oil change and was told it would be $99, I told the technician that I had a coupon, while I searched on my phone he told me he could take $15 off and when I found my email coupon, turns out it told the technician that I had a coupon, while I searched on my phone he told me he could take $15 off and when I found my email coupon, turns out it was for $59. ALMOST $40 difference!!! Why aren't coupons saved to my account if they were emailed to me? Instead I feel like the service desk tried to get an extra $40 from me? This should be addressed as it seems very deceiving. I was also not informed that I needed a new air filter until I saw the paperwork at check out after being there for almost 2 hours. Was also told that the car wash didn't work but got to the car and it was washed. Was not a very attentive experience as it has been in the past. More

In both dealing with the sales and service departments people seem to overpromise on the schedule and then provide excuses for the slippages. More
