This service was for my initial oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled service on my Hondalink app, which was very simple. ALMOST $40 difference!!! Why aren't coupons saved to my account if they were emailed to me? Instead I feel like the service desk tried to get an extra $40 from me? This should be addressed as it seems very deceiving. I was also not informed that I needed a new air filter until I saw the paperwork at check out after being there for almost 2 hours.
