Always very professional & courteous staff. The only criticism is that I had a 10 am appointment (actually showed up earlier about 9:45) just for an Express Oil Change....but didn't get finishe The only criticism is that I had a 10 am appointment (actually showed up earlier about 9:45) just for an Express Oil Change....but didn't get finished until close to 12:30. When you go to this dealership make sure you work with Paul D. He is the best. He turned a not so good experience into a great one. He's honest and upfront. He really helped us out. I rate him a 10 and I'm glad to go to this dealership now. Be cautious of finance dept. Aarsh was the finance guy we worked with and that snob almost killed the deal. Read paperwork closely Be diligent and make sure figures are correct. Don't tack anything on with a finance person. Ask for print out when signing Pay attention when financing. More

The service person was inexperienced. Drove out of the dealership after service and now the low tire pressure lights are on. Also took the car in for emissions check the next morning and Drove out of the dealership after service and now the low tire pressure lights are on. Also took the car in for emissions check the next morning and it failed emissions even though the car is just 4 years old. Also they did not wash the car. Asked them to update the maps and they didn’t do that either. Very disappointed with the service. More
