I was in twice this week. Jerry helped with tire inflation glitch and scheduled my oil change. When I went back early Monday morning and Jerry was right there to facilitate the appointment. Mohammed , the manager took special interest and delivered as promised on time the car. He was always available on phone and attended to all our follow up calls. He was very attentive to the time co delivered as promised on time the car. He was always available on phone and attended to all our follow up calls. He was very attentive to the time constraint and took care of timely delivery. Very patient, pleasant attitude. Someone greeted us at the entrance when we came to pick up our car ( which was a pleasant surprise) and walked us inside. The salesperson Sujit, was also very attentive and stayed from beginning till end of the paperwork process and explained and answered all our questions. Took us around and showed the place. Chris, the finance guy was also very courteous and patient. Attitude, manners, Understanding the needs and attention is what is needed at any car dealership and we found all the qualities here in the staff, Great explanations. Looks like staff is well trained. Great staff! We would definitely recommend this place to our friends. More
