I have been buying cars for over 30 years. Oldsmobile Omega, Chevy Citation, Buick Regal, Pontiac Grand Prix, Pontiac GTP, Ford Explorer, and my first lease experience with the 2018 CRV. The CRV lease i Omega, Chevy Citation, Buick Regal, Pontiac Grand Prix, Pontiac GTP, Ford Explorer, and my first lease experience with the 2018 CRV. The CRV lease is up at the end of February or early March of 2021. I was there to get its last regularly scheduled service appointment before the lease expires. To make a long story short, Taylor provided the best, most informative, and most gracious showroom experience I have had in 30 years. I needed to know what options I had when my lease was up. Her on-point and knowledgeable advice was backed up by product demonstrations that really hit home. She walked me through the purchase of my 2018 CRV, new Insight and new CRV options I was considering. She also added viable and preferable options of Re-Certifying my 2018 CRV and a new Accord Hybrid. I now know that the Accord would be a better choice for me than the Insight. I know that many folks that I dealt with in the past would have been trying to get me to sign for a new Insight that day. Taylor listened to my situation and took the time to providethe information that I needed to make an informed (and better) decision. Taylor and your excellent service department have convinced me that I will be doing some business with McGrath Honda Elgin next Spring. More
