I have visited this location for Recall for Rear Passenger side door for 2018 Honda odyssey and they took car for 24 hours observation after observation told us everything is fine. But, Once came ho Passenger side door for 2018 Honda odyssey and they took car for 24 hours observation after observation told us everything is fine. But, Once came home notice that they had opened the Passenger door panel which they didn't closed properly. Now door doesn't open & close properly which is represent ridiculous service when it comes to safety of family. In addition, We had 3 Oil change complimentary service when we purchased the vehicle. Due to CVOID-19 we couldn't drive much and they said the Complimentary period is expired so they couldn't honor the complimentary oil change. Very poor Customer service. More
