I live within 5 miles. There is supposed be a shuttle service. I asked about it when appt was made online in my notes. Asked again when I arrived. I was asked to wait so they could find out. An hour later the guy comes to tell me the filter is dirty. No shuttle. He clearly forgot. I could have brought my work with me but didn’t since I thought they would give me a ride home. I also waited 10 minutes when I got there without anyone even acknowledging me. Next time I will not use the dealer for service. I’m tired of the misrepresentation. The “free” car wash is also never open. It will just be closed for no reason during its “open” hours. More

Very friendly, and as accommodating as they could be given current conditions and lack of stock and waiting for new vehicles to arrive. My only problem would be the way an option was presented to me. I given current conditions and lack of stock and waiting for new vehicles to arrive. My only problem would be the way an option was presented to me. I was told that door chip guard s, wheel lock nuts, and mud flaps were put on all their vehicles to protect the truck and customers. I was under the impression that those options were included in the price of the truck. I later found out that they cost almost $800 more. I probably would have put those items on the truck, but not for that price because I don’t see the value. More
