Went in for Service and was planning to wait. Jason let me know the service I requested plus a couple other services that were due would take longer than I hoped. They offered me a Shuttle ride to my home and when the car was done, they came and picked me up. All services were covered by my warranty so it didn't cost a thing. Keep up the good work! More

Just had the absolute worst experience when trying to test drive a vehicle. I received a call from the staff, a follow up, and I agreed to come in and give a particular car another look, while they appra test drive a vehicle. I received a call from the staff, a follow up, and I agreed to come in and give a particular car another look, while they appraise my 2019 Audi Q7 Prestige. Well I guess I didn’t show up with the right clothes on…..I had to experience a series of questioning before i decided to just leave, especially after they called me. Guess next time I will bring a bank statement and a dna test confirming identity. More
