Ridiculous I like this service center. It's clean, the people are friendly and knowledgeable, BUT after using their online appointment setting feature a number o I like this service center. It's clean, the people are friendly and knowledgeable, BUT after using their online appointment setting feature a number of times I am extremely frustrated. I used this feature in December 2017, arrived at my scheduled time for an oil change and brake inspection and was told it would be a 2 hour wait! 2 hours??? I had an appointment! Now, in April of 2018, I registered for another appointment, utilizing after hours drop-off on a Sunday afternoon, so I could receive service first thing on Monday morning. After driving 20 minutes to the dealership, I arrived to find the gates locked with no access to the service department or the after hours drop-off area. REALLY??? So frustrating, a complete waste of an hour of my time. No where on their site was it noted you cannot access the area AFTER HOURS! I am done with this dealership and will take my business elsewhere. It's just ridiculous! More
