Great experience buying a used Honda I've been taking my Odyssey to McGrath Honda of Elgin since 2014. My experience has always been extremely favorable. When my son wanted to buy his own I've been taking my Odyssey to McGrath Honda of Elgin since 2014. My experience has always been extremely favorable. When my son wanted to buy his own vehicle, I was hoping that our experience on the sales side of the business would be just as favorable and I wasn't disappointed. Our salesperson was Christian and he was very helpful and, most importantly, he was not unpleasantly aggressive. Since we had already communicated the day before via email, he had the two vehicles I had expressed interest in ready for test driving. I appreciated his patience as we ended up test driving a few other vehicles. We ended up purchasing a car that he actually brought to our attention and my son is happy with his purchase. On the financing end, we dealt with Luis and that was also a pleasant experience. It was all quite painless and the next time we need a car, McGrath Honda of Elgin will be my first and, hopefully, only stop. More
