Our 4th Honda Odyssey - we love them! The van sells itself but our professional sales person Chintan Patel was kind and helpful and made the process go smoothly. Worst customer service of my life I bought my accord touring there. I've had nothing but problems and the car has been in for service every couple months for 2 years. Most recently bc I bought my accord touring there. I've had nothing but problems and the car has been in for service every couple months for 2 years. Most recently bc I hit a pot hole, totally my fault, which really screwed things up. They tried to fix it and missed several issues. They even put a brand new tire on a broken rim and gave it back to me like that. After getting horrible service from them for so long, I took it to a different dealership that fixed it for a small fraction of what McGrath wanted to charge me, and that includes their "friends and family" discount for screwing it up the first time. I am upset enough with them that I'm leaving reviews as a cautionary tale, but I'm tired of trying to explain just how much they've screwed me. I even talked to the manager of the dealership, a fabulously condescending southern gent who told me he could have helped me if I'd have called before I wrote my Google review. He sarcastically apologized and was a royal @$$! When I took my car from them the last time to get it fixed by the other place, they gave me my car back w someone's burger king drink cup that had been left in my console. I even took a picture as u could still see the sweat on the cup from the ice that was in it that day. Pic attached w every review where that is an option. What a horrible way to treat people! More
