Outstanding First of all let me say in my 65 years I have bought many cars, from many different dealerships across the United States. I first bought a car from McGrath Honda a few years ago. My sales pro as I will call him listen to what I was looking for found the exact vehicle that I was looking for at the price I was looking for. His name is Anthony. He was not pushy he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want and really was concerned that I get the car I was looking for. I will never buy another car from any other dealership unless Anthony goes to another dealership. In addition to the great great service I got from Anthony I had a couple issues with my car with the brakes and had to take it to service. The service department is outstanding as well they took care of my issue and was very good about getting me back to work. The two men I worked with in service is Ray and Jerry. Ray made sure all the repairs went smooth. I had a couple scratches on the back of my vehicle so I got the paint and then Jerry came out and and painted it for me probably much better than I would so, I really appreciate Anthony, Ray, and Jerry. If you're looking to buy a vehicle I highly suggest you check out McGrath Honda of Elgin and see Anthony in sales and if you ever need service go see Ray or Jerry. More

Not long afterw Go to the last pages of the reviews and see those real ratings on McGrath Honda. I bought a new vehicle from this McGrath recently. Not long afterward I noticed a 5 inch diameter dull spot on the side of the car that is seen on the car when the sun shines on it. I inspected closer and could see that the paint appeared to have been ground down in a circle around a tiny white spot where there had apparently been a small ding. There are small circular marks within this dull patch. I could see several layers of paint worn away by the central white spot. I had not been informed of this when I bought the car. I had originally seen the car parked in the customer parking lot where it may have received the ding by cars coming and going around it. The ding had been ground down, damaging and dulling the paint in this 5 inch circle around it. I contacted the salesman about this problem, and he responded by denying that it was done by them and told me to take it to a body shop. I called another Honda dealer who offered to have their porters try to buff the spot out to blend it in. They said that they had heard other stories about McGrath Honda. More
