The process was virtually painless and the customer service was outstanding. I was shown exactly how to use the technology my car came equipped with and Anthony even gave me a couple follow up calls to make sure everything was still going great. I recommend not only the dealership, but Anthony Juliano as well. He'll not only make sure you leave with a smile on your face, but he'll also make the process as easy as he possibly can. After some negotiations with the manager we were able to arrive at a favorable price within our budget and my son drove home that very day in his 2015 Honda Civic Coupe. When I went to make the purchase, Darek asked if I was still interested in the CRV and over the course of 4 hours found a way to make it work despite a few credit obstacles. No honestly There is NO honesty at McGrath Honda at Elgin. I took my car there to check the battery. The service advisor Mr. Thomas Koch he started very nice. He had me sign the paperwork and said he is not going to charge me to test the battery. I m like seriously? You better not charge me because I bought the battery about 5 years ago from you. Well he took the car in to rest the battery and after half hour of waiting he came back with a battery test result print out. He says your battery is bad and need new battery. He sold me the battery which I don't think I needed because my old battery was probably discharged due to interior lights left on whole night. This guy just wanted to up his sale so he sold me battery by just being dishonest. I recommend don't go there because I know they will rob you. Very dishonest service advisor. More
