This was our 4th Honda van - 2nd from McGrath - that says it all! Because we both have mobility issues, Dan was especially careful to make everything easy for us. The sales experience at McGrath was excellent. Jorge Carachure was professional, friendly and went our of way to make the sale. I am very happy with McGrath dealership especially Jorge. The only problem was the extra time it took to complete the transaction. But, this was due to the number of buyers closing their transactions at the same time. Nico in service was great! While my car was in service I received a call from Dan Cashen. He quoted me a price and when I went in to see him he said the car was not available. He said it was being washe received a call from Dan Cashen. He quoted me a price and when I went in to see him he said the car was not available. He said it was being washed then said it never arrived yet. He was real slick and dishonest, I would never deal with him. Dan was real shady and not at all trustworthy. At least Nico was great so he was incredible! Service was great but Dan was horrible! More

I wish I could give 0 stars. At the time I went to this I wish I could give 0 stars. At the time I went to this dealership I was just turning 19 I was looking for a way to treat myself during a time of cr I wish I could give 0 stars. At the time I went to this dealership I was just turning 19 I was looking for a way to treat myself during a time of crisis. My parents weren't in my life so I went looking for a car. I went to this car lot looking for a Chrysler 300s that they can showed on the website and was for a reasonable price. I talked to a dealer and told them I was looking to buy that car but all of a sudden the car wasn't there anymore. I tried to leave the dealership but the dealer assured me I'd find a car I'd like and brought me a car that I immediately fell in love with. I asked the dealer I was talking to for the car facts and I kept getting the Run around like they didn't exist, I then asked the dealer I was working with was there any prior accidents or anything I should worry about and the dealer said no. I asked a dealer that I wasn't working with to pull up the carfax on the car not telling him I was looking to buy it and the car had been through 4 accidents and the car was horribly damaged. It drove nicely there wasn't anything I could find wrong with the car. At least until I paid for it and left. Every time I got in the car the odometer would sky rocket as if the car was adding miles even when it was parked. The next day after the check engine light came on I called the dealership and they told me no refunds and me living in Chicago they said the tow cost would be over 400 dollars. I later found out that the odometer and the lights on the car were reset to appear like the car was perfect but it was all a lie I finally got the car towed to the dealership 3 weeks after purchase and I was told I had to pay over 2500 dollars to repair the car via dealership . The car ended up being so much of a head ache I had to get rid of it. I would never recommend this dealership if you are looking for a car DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. More
