I had a wonderful experience purchasing with McGrath Honda of Elgin. I arrived late to look around based on cars listed at cars.com. I was not expecting to purchase that evening, but could not pass up Honda of Elgin. I arrived late to look around based on cars listed at cars.com. In the future, I will ask for him when I arrive. He demonstrated many of the updated features on the car. One feature in particular that I was curious about was the blind spot indicator. During the test drive, he took my car and drove in my blind spot several times to help me learn how the feature worked. He also set up my phone for hands free calling and taught me how to use some of the newer technology. Every member of the team was kind and helpful. They were knowledgeable and able to answer questions and guide me through the process. More

After many great memories and a very positve experience driving and owning a Dodge Durango for about 13 yrs it was now well over 100,00 miles and starting to have mechanical and electrical issues as well h driving and owning a Dodge Durango for about 13 yrs it was now well over 100,00 miles and starting to have mechanical and electrical issues as well having no heat in the rear...and my daughter was not enjoying these cold mornings driving with layers of clothes and gloves to school lol..so the we started reviewing and doing homework on what was available..we had no knowledge or experience to speak of with Honda vehicles...Jordan Brown was extremely patient and knowledgeable expaining the different vehicles available..and we were slow in making a decision..he was not "pushy" like some car salesman can be - he always took our calls and if we left a message he would call back within an hour - and always made us feel special not like just another comission that he would be receiving if he "made the sale" ...we did make a decision finally on a Honda Pilot that was located at the St Charles location..Jordan works at the Elgin location..he made it happen and went and picked it up for us...we now have our Pilot at home..the family is happy..kids glad to have heat ( : ..we loved our Durango and were sad to let it go but the Pilot so far has been a great and exciting new addition to our family.. Jordan made sure to let us know if we had any issues of any kind big or small to please let him know..thank you Jordan so much for your patience and knowledge in making what could have been a stressful emotional car puchasing experience much less stressful..
