Roberto greeted me with a warm, sincere smile. He kept me informed all the way. He even took me into the service area to show me a filter on my car that needed to be changed. I also asked him if he coul me informed all the way. He even took me into the service area to show me a filter on my car that needed to be changed. I also asked him if he could have my license plate frames replaced. He said of course, no charge. When the car was done he checked the license plate frames and noticed that the rear frame was not changed. He himself found the frame and changed it himself. He went beyond to give me the best experience. He is a definite asset to your team, and a great reflection of your dealership. More
