In for an oil change was offered an opportunity to talk to Ron for a possible buy back/trade in for my car. Leadership begins at the top, and the General Sales Manager, Adam D., sets a confident yet relaxed climate that is very welcoming to customers, while also placing a high level of trust in the entire sales team. My Sales Consultant was Tray G., and I can tell you that Tray was instrumental in making my experience at McGrath Honda stress-free. I want to repeat that...stress-free. Once stress is added to the mix, the entire process can sour quickly, turning the minutes into hours, ending in a miserable experience. Tray made my purchase a wonderful experience. Most important to me was keeping me informed. Thank you Tray!
