Christian and Frank went above and beyond with me to be sure I was happy with the car that I ordered. I did not feel any pressure what-so-ever during my purchase. I’m can be very slow to make a decision and they were extremely patient with me and we made the deal on my time, no questions asked. During the deal making process, the management team was very reasonable with the offer that I made on the car and I didn’t need to put up with a bunch of back and forth. On the day of delivery, I was able to do a majority of my finance process over the phone and online so once I came into the dealership it was literally sign and drive. GREAT experience! We will be back when my lease ends for my next Honda. More

We left and said we were done with Honda. After going home and thinking it over, we thought not every dealership could be that bad. So we decided to give Mc Grath a try, since we pass this place quite often. Well I was right! Courteous knowledgeable and friendly people who seemed to value a customer.
