McGrath Honda of Elgin is an awesome dealership. It is extremely clean and staff are friendly. They have an inventory of well maintained cars. The personnel went over and beyond to assist my daughter to extremely clean and staff are friendly. They have an inventory of well maintained cars. The personnel went over and beyond to assist my daughter to make her first purchase. My daughter was at work and could not get the day off. The salesmen Sheki Biba gave me a stress free experience during this process. He made it possible for my daughter to purchase a car while she was at her job site. He had all of the paperwork completed then followed me an 1 hour away to my daughters job so she can sign all of the documents. Then he brought me back to the dealership to pickup my daughter's car. Once again, Jerry Nepermann - my Service Advisor of many years - arranged a "red carpet" appointment for me for service for our 2013 Honda Civic LX. Periodic transmission fluid change service will help keep years - arranged a "red carpet" appointment for me for service for our 2013 Honda Civic LX. Periodic transmission fluid change service will help keep our Civic running smoothly for years to come. Knowing from experience that Honda makes reliable, long lasting transmissions (and engines) gives us confidence for the future. Also on this appointment, as always, the professional Technician gave our Civic the visual Multipoint Inspection of many components to make sure everything is working well, and to advise of any future service that will be needed later. Jerry is very familiar with our car's service history, and in a proactive, clear way explains upcoming service needed. He tells me what service he would have done if he was the driver of our car! He has never prescribed unneeded service, including having service done earlier than necessary. I have found Jerry to be totally trustworthy. To me, he is the face of Honda quality service. More
