Anthony was extremely polite, yet friendly throughout the entire car buying process. We originally reach out to McGrath to purchase a used BMW, after discovering with the help of our mechanic that the car needed $4K in major repairs we decided to put our purchase on hold. Anthony was so friendly we decided to follow his recommendation and look at a Pilot. During our initial meeting he asked probing questions regarding our needs and wants with our new vehicle. What we were looking for was an ideal fit for the Pilot and without his assistance we may have looked for another X5 at a different dealership. As you probably know, many customers get extremely frustrated during the car buying experience, we were no exception. Last Friday night we were at your dealership until around 11:00 and our 10 year old daughter continued to tell us she wanted to go home due to the stressful day she had at school. Simply put, she deserved more than she was getting at the dealership. I guess I don’t remember how stressful 4th grade can be. Anthony helped her relax (which helped us relax) but performing magic tricks for our Katie. Anthony did everything I expect from a salesperson, he kept us engaged in the process and helped us buy a car that was not what we originally wanted but ultimately the best fit for our family. Jordan was an excellent sales person to deal with. I flew in from New Hampshire to pick up this car. He arranged to have someone pick me up from the airport saving me $75 in cab fare! My only concerns were that I was not offered an extended warranty which seemed very strange as the car had less than 80K miles on it and even though I paid cash on the spot I could not leave with the title. Maybe in Illinois they have they titled stored with the state, I don't know. During my 1,100 mile commute back to New Hampshire through a snow storm the car handled like a dream. No problems so far but I will have my mechanic look at it just to make sure. That will be after I purchase an extended warranty through another source. All in all a very good experience. More

I live 50 miles away from the dealership. I spoke with Linda Forey earlier in the day and setup an appointment to come in and see the vehicle and test drive it. I was told the car would be cleaned and ready in the service area out of the cold and in the lights to see. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, they knew nothing about me. The car was not ready for us to see as promised. I wasted my time, a 100+ mile round trips worth of gas, and all I get is an excuse from a Mike Zafiriou "Sometimes, towards the end of the month, we get very busy and that is no ones fault but our own for not being properly staffed. Unfortunately we had a few appointments on vehicles last night that were not cleaned and pulled up front which we like to do to enhance our customers experience. Please accept my sincerest apology.". In my book, apologies are a dime a dozen. It means nothing to me compared to what I spent on this wasted trip. So, be aware that what they say they are going to do could just be a big lie. More
