I was clear with Robin on what I wanted, and he always understood. He was never the pushy, slimy sales guy that you typically envision at any car dealership. He was fair and objective the whole time. I never felt like I was being "had" or taken advantage of. Very happy with the level of professionalism that Robin brings on behalf of McGrath Honda of Elgin, happy with the overall experience and so far ... happy the with my 2014 Honda Accord Sport. After answering all of our questions and working very hard to negotiate the price we were looking for, we purchased the Accord the same day, which has NEVER happened with our previous new car purchases. Our new car purchase was just the start of the relationship we've had with this dealership and Anthony, who continues to offer his assistance when we have questions or concerns. During my at least six visits to this dealership, I only dealt with salesman Anthony Juliano. He was very friendly, had exceptional listening skills, was helpful and very knowledgeable. Unlike salesmen I interacted with at other dealerships, every "fact" Anthony stated was accurate and was never misleading. Although he clearly wanted my business, his information always checked out, he had a thorough knowledge of the vehicle and I never felt "pressured" to buy. I would strongly encourage anyone looking at a Honda vehicle to ask for Anthony Juliano. More

My salesman, Anthony Juliano, went to the owner and requested that it be repaired or replaced, he agreed and they ordered a new arm rest. I could not be more pleased with the pleasant, caring response to my request to have the arm rest repaired. Everyone that I have dealt with has been very courteous and professional. Very impressed.
