Terrible Experience Many years ago I tried to purchase a car from this dealership and had a really miserable experience with the Sales Manager (Chris). I swore I would never go back, unfortunately I tried to give them another shot and it was comical how dishonest these people continue to be. This was by far the worst car buying experience of my life. The same Sales Manager (Chris) was over the top dishonest and arrogant again. I spent hours in the dealership working out the deal, after having a verbal agreement on price and options they raised the price by 2k hoping that I wouldn't notice. I noticed when signing the papers in the finance office. By continuing to employee this so called Sales Manager (Chris) the owner of the dealership is condoning this type of behavior. I am so embarrassed for the people that own this business. I hope they are aware that this type of behavior is happening in their dealership. More

My Experience in buying my 2014 honda odyssey I originally received an web based quote from Max and he then handed my information over to Anthony. Anthony did an excellent job at getting me setup I originally received an web based quote from Max and he then handed my information over to Anthony. Anthony did an excellent job at getting me setup in a demo in which I test drove to see if the comfort, options, and performance were at or above my expectations. Upon my return Anthony greeted me at the door and ask me if I had any questions. I explained to him what I was looking for as far as color, options etc.. and we sat down to discuss the price, options, etc.. Within a couple of days, I receive a call that the car was ready for pickup. When I came in Anthony went through the maintenance book and owner’s manual to see if I had any questions. I was very impressed with his patience and thoroughness when executing this process and it made me feel like I was one of his most important customers. I then showed up to pick up the car. At that point, Anthony reviewed the vehicle inside and out to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the vehicle they found, explained to me the features of the car and then mounted the plates. Two months later, I look back at this experience and tell myself that I don't think I've ever had this level of customer service in my life. I can say that I will never go to another Honda dealership for a purchase, service, or parts. This dealership is 10 miles plus farther away than Schaumburg Honda from my house, but the customer service levels negate the extra mileage. Anthony is a very important asset to your organization and I hope to see him when I get my next car (in ~ one year), he has definitely raised the bar and changed the game when it comes to the customer service experience when buying a vehicle.
