Good buying experience I have purchased cars before and many people who post on here always complain about how long of a process it is. It just takes that long. Between taking a test drive, negotiating, and finally getting financing through Honda... it takes roughly 4 hours. My experience with Honda was a good experience. I dont consider great if I only got a great deal. I consider great if every car desireable is on the lot and no hassel getting in and out. McGrath didnt have the exact car I wanted so I had to wait a week for delivery, not that big of a deal. Only complaint would be the hassel at the end trying to get you buy extended warranty and all the stain resistant and paint coat upgrades. I was clear I didnt want it and we moved on. Again, it wasnt that big of a push and they were very polite about it. I worked with Anthony Juliano who was a big help and very honest. The negotiations went well as we both understood each others positions. In the end, they try to work with you. The day we picked up our car, Anthony put a red bow on it for my wife's birthday so that was a nice touch. Great group of people. More

NOT HAPPY!! I put a deposit on a car on 12/10. I asked for an "OUT THE DOOR" price. I specifically stated, include tax, title, license everything. We agreed on $1 I put a deposit on a car on 12/10. When I asked why they said it was the balance on my trade. I then asked what part of "OUT THE DOOR" price don't you understand. They claimed they never include the trade balance in the price. I asked again, what part of "OUT THe DOOR" price don't you understand? They said it was a misunderstang. I thought those kind of games died years ago. After a half an hour of wasted conversation they refused to budge. Since my car was on it's last legs I bought it anyway. The car wasn't the issue, their tactics were. Oh yeah, they through in a set of floor mats. Wow. More

Any time I bring my car in it is always seen to promptly and if not, the service writers always communicate with me when the car will be ready.
