2nd Purchase from Anthony Juliano We bought a 2011 Pilot from Anthony last year and thought it was time for an upgrade. We traded it for a 2015 SE and couldn't be happier. For 2 weeks We bought a 2011 Pilot from Anthony last year and thought it was time for an upgrade. We traded it for a 2015 SE and couldn't be happier. For 2 weeks we shopped around. We found ourselves back to McGrath working with Anthony because he knows Honda and he's just a Great Guy!!!! We did a 3 yr lease because we won't need such a kid friendly vehicle like this after that time. Which we will be back to see Mr. Juliano to purchase the CRV. Of course we will shop around but McGrath has always given us the best price for our trade and purchase price. I would like to say this also Anthony is great entertainment while the deal is being worked out. More

I received renowned service at your Honda branch of Elgin and both Mr. Juliano and Mr. Othon’s exceptional service was a prime example of this. I had been interested in a new car for many months. My hope was for the best car option and dealer and I am pleased that Mr. Julaino and Mr. Othon were able to finally get me in a new car. Mr. Juliano knew just what to do to get me in the car I desperately desired and one that I had a necessity for. He restored my faith in car salesmen! Mr. Juliano displayed the furthermost passion and dedication that I have ever seen in sales. He was full of a competitive spirit, and had an eye on my long-term goal with my new car. I can see that his goal is to seek out what the customer is aspiring for in a car, but also looking out for the customer’s best interest and making sure the car they wish for is the car they need and obtain. Mr. Juliano was elegant and engaging, a quality that is tough to come by in sales representatives. He was fun to be around and never seemed to run out of energy; even at 11pm when he took the time to install my bluetooth. The entire time Mr. Juliano was veracious and both he and Mr. Othon had a great sense of humor too which helped made the buying process less stressful. Both Mr. Juliano and Mr. Othon were remarkably efficient and accommodating. The Prodigious service that Mr. Juliano and Mr. Othon provided builds pleasing working relationships. Bad Sales experience Sales person and manager agree on price and when started final paperwork after two days, he changed his price by almost $2100. Sales person took my initial on price even and changed the price after that. The price was in writing and still changed it stating that they cannot do this.. This is very bad practice and not sure I trust this dealership. Please avoid this dealer by all means. They are dishonest in keeping their words. If they are doing this practice for sales, think about other services. More
