Anthony Juliano is the BEST! I went into McGrath Honda on Friday night to purchase a vehicle. I began my journey at 5:30 p.m. and left at 11:55 p.m. with my new car. Ripped off After 5 1/2 hours waiting for them we bought a CR-V from McGraw Honda last week. A few days later we checked the contract, and we were shocked. They gave us $550 less than what we agreed for a trade in. The MSRP was upped $175 from the sticker price. They never asked us if we wanted any dealer upgrades, but in small print they add $700 worth of stuff we didn't want and would not have purchased. When we called them on it, they offer $200 cash. After much negotiating they gave us $1000 worth of upgrades. While I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy this dealership. If you buy here expect to be cheated and check every inch the sales agreement. We made the mistake of trusting this company; don't you make the same mistake! More

The service department is hands down the best! The service is fast and reliable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. CJ is my guy, he goes above and beyond to find me the absolute best price. When I was ready to pass down my Pilot to my 16 year old daughter he took care of all my concerns recommended the work to get it in tip top shape and even found a great coupon that saved me a lot of money. CJ and the service department at McGrath Honda of Elgin were reason enough to by my next car there. More

I always dread the whole car buying experience the haggling, the back and forth, the condescending salesman who always seem to be more interested in how much money they will earn on the deal...... I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Anthony Juliano. I think he sensed my apprehension and assured me from the start that I was part of the Honda family and that he would make sure I got the very best deal. I told him exactly what I wanted in a car and what I didn't and he found the perfect match for me. When it came time to negotiate the deal I really felt like he was working for me.
