The Honda battery I purchased in early June, was only putting out 4.5 volts. I came in to the dealership to get it replaced. I understand that it has to be tested, they shouldn't take my word for it, but putting out 4.5 volts. I came in to the dealership to get it replaced. The AI assistant Emma was frustrating because it couldnt understand me and needed up to go to the service department to schedule an appointment . If it was not part of a free service I would had gone to my understand me and needed up to go to the service department to schedule an appointment .
