Great Experience! I bought my 2019 GMC Acadia from McGrath this weekend and my experience was great. I have never liked the “pushy, sales person” personality, and Curt Dillon was one of the best I could have worked with. He was so knowledgeable on the vehicle, and was always very blunt and to the point with me when it came to making any decisions. He never danced around any questions, gave me a straight answer, and never came close to trying to pressure me into making a purchase. I will definitely come back to McGrath for future vehicles! Initiated conversations with the sales staff through texting. A week later I stopped in and visited with a member of the sales staff (Jamie). She listened to what I said I was looking for. I was looking for a used truck. Not only did she locate a used truck with all I was asking of it, she also found one the exact color I had on my wish list. Test drove it and really liked it. I came back 1 week later with my trade-in. They were very fair with the trade-in value. At that point, Jamie was out of town. I was then helped with Kimberly and I bought the truck. The entire time there was no pressure to hurry up and close the deal. While I was waiting on the business office to get the paperwork going, Kimberly and I had a good down to earth conversation. I don't want to forget the sales manager Jamie, he was super helpful and friendly. He also went the extra mile in being helpful to print out the specs on the truck so I could mull it over. The business manager, Angela, was very nice and super easy to work with. She did an excellent job explaining the all the paperwork to be signed and did the best she could the keep the process as efficient as possible. Thank you everyone that had a hand in my buying experience. I ended up buying the 2016 Silverado, fully loaded and of course the color is Silver. A+++ More

An excellent internet shopping experience I was searching for a rather rare vehicle configuration so I contacted many dealers in a 500 mile range of my home. McGrath had one and was very responsive to my inquiries and thorough in their responses. I ultimately purchased from another dealer based on price -- but the difference was only about $500. If our next vehicle purchase requires a long distance search, I will definitely remember them. Got a nice car for a pretty good price Original sales person left during my search. I keep my cars for a long time, so needed a reliable, good, used car. Did my own research for the car I ended up purchasing. Not offered any alternatives and no concession on pricing. Purchasing time took a total of 7 hours! Lots of people to wade through and salesman hoops to jump through. Could not get them to give me the bottom line pricing until the VERY END. Kept wanting to know "What payment do you want?" Ugh! Very painful day. I will say our salesperson did come through and provide a second key to the vehicle which was important to us and we greatly appreciated the extra effort. I was a little offended today to receive a Dear [CUSTOMER FIRST NAME] thank you email ... definitely something that was automatically sent out without the fields being merged to give it that personal touch...oops ... that does not make for great customer service. However, McGrath has a very large selection of vehicles so it allows access to view and test drive a variety of vehicles without a lot of hassle -- is definitely is the place to go for one-stop shopping and the staff is very friendly. More

We looked at several other car lots on a Sunday due to high pressure salesmen. I'm really happy to say that Brennan Howe (our salesman) did a fantastic job during the visit to the Kia dealership. We actually dealt with a salesman that did not try to push the sale of the vehicle down our throats. (Yes its true there are a few salesmen left that don't do that) Mr. Howe did a great job of not pressuring her into anything & made her feel comfortable. Since I'm paralyzed I was unable to go with my daughter out to the Kia dealership so guess what, my daughter, her mom & Mr. Howe took a test drive out to my home so I could see it & make sure I was interested & comforted with it. When they arrived I did not get or feel any pressure from Mr. Howe! Another great thing is that since I'm paralyzed Mr. Howe brought the paperwork for purchasing the car to my house & we filled it out. I extremely appreciate the extra effort & no sales pitch!! I bought a car from McGrath about 8 years ago and didn't have a good experience but this one more than made up for the last one.
