We were just looking at vehicles, thinking about what we would like to trade our car for in the future. We wanted to look at the Cadillac SRX to see if it was what we wanted. Dann came out to greet us soon would like to trade our car for in the future. We wanted to look at the Cadillac SRX to see if it was what we wanted. Dann came out to greet us soon after arriving at the dealership. He was very friendly and knew everything about the SRX. After explaining many of the features, we went for a test drive. We were almost immediately sold on this car, not only because of the quality of the vehicle but because of the low-pressure environment of the dealership. We didn't purchase the car right away, but a little more than a week later, we traded in our car for our new Cadillac SRX. We were very impressed by the low-pressure attitude of the sales staff and management, unlike many other dealerships. They were very concerned about our happiness and satisfaction. We have received a couple of follow up calls from Dann, checking in to make sure everything is going well with the new car. We couldn't be more satisfied. More

We sent an e-mail stating what vehicle we were interested in and sale conditions. We want the best price the first time around or we would choose another dealer.
