I’m a grumpy old man who has owned at least 6 Volvos in the past. I’ve always been leery of any dealership but my recent experience with McGovern Volvo can only be described as transcendent. My interactions with every team member were exemplary from the minute I walked in. Despite the fact I was there for over an hour, time flew by and I left happier than when I came in. I’d like to recognize Kelly, Giorgio and Patrick in particular for representing the Volvo Brand and McGovern Auto in a way that was so positive, that even 24 hours later I still talk about it with a smile. If you want to buy a car, buy a Volvo. If you want to buy a Volvo, buy it from McGovern Volvo car Albany. More
