My entire experience during this purchase was pleasant. I have purchased vehicles at Bedard Brothers in the past and have always been treated with professionalism and courtesy. This purchase was handled by a different team in the Volvo building and was an easy and friendly process. Kerry in the service area went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was ready when promised and was always accessible to answer additional questions I had about the vehicle after purchase. Tanner in the finance department was personable, knowledgeable and very respectful of my time during the finance process. The entire team at Bedard Brothers are approachable, friendly and attentive. This was defintely a painless and easy purchase. And I couldn't be happier with the Volvo!
