Tried to make lease deal w/McGovern’s salesperson, Morgan, who never answered our questions, but did his best to tell us what a mess our trade was (not true). Seemed like Morgan really was looking for easy way out. Went to another Volvo dealer, who answered our q’s, took us for test drive, gave us various options/fair deal, handshake & downpayment. Why couldn’t that happen at McGovern?

Morgan was very helpful. He got all pulled together quickly. I’d recommend him to a Volvo buyer.

McGovern is an excellent dealership, their customer service and the quality of their vehicles is first rate. My last visit was for regular service. They accommodated my schedule to set the appointment time. The sales associate, Alissa was fantastic. She went over everything with me, gave me an approximate timeframe, was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. My vehicle was ready even earlier than anticipated. The waiting room at McGovern Volvo is clean, cheerful and inviting and the high-tech coffee maker and variety of snacks is a nice touch.
